Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, technology, MIS or related field.
• Proficiency in Java with solid knowledge of ecosystems and object-oriented programming; skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, C#, R, HTML/CSS, Git, APIs and cloud technologies.
• 3.0 cumulative college/university GPA.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• As part of the AI & Data team, leverage analytics and AI to turn data into insights.
• Join Technology Assurance to assess and improve technology controls for security and compliance.
• Work with BMC Technology to deliver innovative tech solutions for banking & capital markets.
• Contribute to CRM implementations and optimization to drive client engagement.
• Support Digital Enterprise & Transformation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance experiences.
• Assist clients with Microsoft Dynamics implementations and customizations.
• Support Quality Engineering Automation to automate testing and ensure quality.
• Contribute to Oracle solutions implementations and optimizations.
• Engage with PEGA to automate and improve business processes.
• Help deliver SAP solutions to optimize operations.
• Contribute to InsurTech projects and insurance industry innovations.
• Work in a hybrid model with 40-60% on-site collaboration.
