Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to support the International Merchandising team. You will build and maintain automated reporting systems, manage data pipelines, and ensure data accuracy across Joint Ventures, Subsidiaries, and Distributor channels.

You will use Python, Power BI, and advanced Excel to clean, transform, and model data, creating dashboards and automated reports for cross-regional stakeholders. The role demands collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) from academic projects or internships is a plus.
• Experience with data from multiple countries and currencies is a plus.
• Proven ability to identify manual processes and automate them.

This role will be responsible for developing data pipelines and reporting tools and collaborating with regional teams to support data-driven decision-making across Joint Ventures, Subsidiaries, and Distributor channels.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Distributor Communication & Data Collection: Communicate and follow up with Distributors regularly to collect sales/inventory data and ensure the accuracy of informationData Cleaning & Quality Assurance: Clean and validate raw data from international markets, identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors across Joint Ventures, Subsidiaries, and Distributor channelsProcess Development & Automation: Manage and implement automated data cleaning, transformation, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual processing time.System Optimization & Maintenance: Continuously evaluate and improve existing data processes, troubleshoot issues with automated systems, and monitor performance to ensure optimal functionality.
