Building Services 32BJ Benefit Funds in New York, NY, seeks an Associate AI Solutions Developer to build, test, and refine AI-enabled applications using Python and enterprise data platforms. You’ll leverage AI coding assistants, review code, and collaborate with teammates to deliver practical solutions.

You will gain hands-on experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric/Foundry, GitHub Copilot, and modern DevOps tools while contributing to member-focused workflows and secure data practices.

Formación

• 1–3 years of software/data/automation work experience or internships demonstrating capabilities
• Experience writing and debugging Python scripts or small data-driven applications
• Experience with AI tools in software development and ability to explain code decisions
• Familiarity with Git or other version-control tools and basic SQL or Python for data handling

Responsabilidades

• Understand business needs with supervisor and define priorities.
• Complete assignments through implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Build and improve small applications, agents, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Write and debug Python scripts that process data and connect data sources and tools.
• Use AI coding assistants to support development tasks and review their suggestions.
