Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is hiring an Associate Digital Solutions Engineer to build and test practical AI and automation tools that streamline work for field and office teams. You will work with the Digital & AI team, pilot prioritized ideas, test with end users, and measure impact before handing pilots to production.

As a hands-on builder, you’ll use Python and data skills to implement AI-driven pilots, document results, and help scale successful tools across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Python and data skills (SQL, spreadsheets, or data analysis).
• Familiarity with modern AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Coursework or graduate study in ML or AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with field and office teams to gather ideas and assess existing tools.
• Build and configure pilot tools using AI, automation, and workflow platforms.
• Test pilots, measure time savings or improvements, and refine them.
• Coordinate with analytics and systems teams to obtain necessary data.
• Document how pilots work and share results in clear updates.
• Support handoff of validated pilots to the delivery team for production.
• Review AI tools before wider sharing.
• Monitor live tools, fix wrong answers, and flag low value.
