Wealthspire Advisors seeks an Associate Advisor to support Advisors in delivering detailed financial planning and wealth management services. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to prepare plans, formulate investment recommendations, schedule meetings, and manage follow-up activities, strengthening client connections in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in financial services or advisory.
• CPA, CFP, CFA, JD or equivalent credentials are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service mindset.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and deliver accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Advisors in all areas of financial planning.
• Initiate and field client calls on strategy ideas and portfolio questions.
• Build proposals for prospective clients.
• Build and update financial plans for clients.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and ensure thorough prep.
• Attend client meetings and manage follow-up activities.
• Liaise with clients' attorneys and accountants as needed.
• Monitor portfolios and rebalance as needed.
• Assist with client data consolidation and special projects.
