Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks an Associate Advisor to support Advisors in delivering detailed financial planning and wealth management services. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to prepare plans, formulate investment recommendations, and coordinate client meetings, ensuring a superior client experience.

The role offers growth in advisory expertise and cross-functional collaboration within a client-focused environment across multiple offices and platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Pursuing CFP®, CFA or JD or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university; majors in relevant fields preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Advisors in all areas of financial planning.
• Field client calls on strategy ideas, account questions, and portfolio inquiries.
• Build proposals for prospective clients.
• Build and/or update financial plans for clients.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
