Precise Systems seeks an experienced administrative assistant to provide administrative, technical, and programmatic support at the DEVCOM Chemical Biological Center (CBC) to support the Research and Operations Directorate's missions, functions, and operations. This role requires DoW experience, ability to use GFEBS, ATAAPS, and DTS, and strong organizational skills.

The candidate will assist with budgets, travel, and documentation, manage meetings and calendars, and ensure accurate

Competenze

• 2 years’ experience in DoW engineering or programmatic support.
• Experience with GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System).
• Experience with providing financial data and record-keeping.
• Experience with ATAAPS (Automated Time Attendance and Production System).
• Established record of scheduling and preparing meeting arrangements.
• Record keeping and meeting minute captures/follow-up.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance.
• Ability to use or learn DTS (Defense Travel System).

Duties

• Place orders using Precise Ordering System, COUPA
• Package and route documents for digital workflows including Purchase Request and Approval (PR&A) forms, Standard Operating Procedures, and travel documents.
• Schedule and prepare meeting arrangements
• Maintain meeting minute captures/follow-up
• Maintain calendars for multiple Branch Chiefs
• Daily general office support including daily logs and receiving and distribution of inventory.
• Edit civilian travel schedules and cross reference payments in the Defense Travel System (DTS)
• Control and create conference room scheduling.

Required Experience

• 2 years’ experience of relevant work experience, particularly in the area of DoW engineering or programmatic support
• Experience with GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System)
• Experience with providing financial data and record-keeping
• Experience with ATAAPS (Automated Time Attendance and Production System)
• Established record of scheduling and preparing meeting arrangements
• Record keeping and meeting minute captures/follow-up
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance
• Ability to use or learn DTS (Defense Travel System)

Required Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is The salary range for this position is $66,918.69 to $95,378.03 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
