Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with MS Excel.
• An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Respond to owner inquiries courteously, timely, and accurately.
• Manage revenue distribution email and reconcile related issues.
• Assist with owner 1099 questions and printing/verification.
• Prepare owner interest calculations and late royalty payments.
• Process OSO oil and gas purchaser payments by deadlines.
• Perform manual journal entries to owners payable accounts.
