Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and accuracy.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting activities across pharmacy and clinic operations.
• Record transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Maintain documentation for invoices, payments, and vendor records.
• Assist with proper coding of expenses by location, department, and account.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Track deposits, receipts, and customer payments.
• Reconcile pharmacy and clinic revenue to bank activity.
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries.
• Prepare location-level financial reports and variance analysis.
