Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking an energetic professional to join our Advertising Operations team in Atlanta. You will partner with Account Managers to execute media plans, insert orders, and ensure correct deployment while supporting high-touch clients.

This role offers exposure to multiple ad-serving systems, collaboration with billing, and opportunities to learn the advertising business from a passionate team.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital, radio, or mobile planning, buying, or account/project management.
• Previous customer-service oriented role is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Previous experience with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, is a plus.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to execute operational tasks, including building media plans, executing insertion orders, ensuring proper creative deployment, and assisting with research requests.
• Align with core pod teams to support high‑touch clients and their campaign needs.
• Learn the ins and outs of advertising from a collaborative and passionate team.
• Assist in monitoring campaigns and ensuring delivery across various ad-serving systems.
• Collaborate with the billing team to resolve monthly invoicing queries (as assigned).
• Provide other ad-hoc account-related support.
• Delegate work as necessary to internal resources.
