In partnership with the Account Manager, you will identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience for the account portfolio.

The role requires 2-5 years in retail/wholesale grocery operations, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to travel about 60% of the time.

• Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, including customer/store visits.
• 2-5 years of retail grocery or wholesale grocery operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment with frequent customer and store visits.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Account Managers with maintaining relationships for assigned accounts and establishing and building strong client relationships.
• Identifying target opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy and propose solutions to leadership.
• Adhering to training content and transferring knowledge from newly developed and enhanced processes to fellow team members.
• Participating in special projects and programs as needed, including information technology projects involving scope, specifications, and integration testing for customers and internal enhancements.
• Working closely with the Company's Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned accounts.
• Frequently travel to customer and retail store locations throughout the assigned territory.

As the Associate Account Manager, you will serve as a support to the broader Sales Team, assisting in the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive service and solutions to the account portfolio. In partnership with the Account Manager, you will identify and elevate internal and external opportunities to improve day to day customer service and overall experience.

• Territory: Central California, including the Central Valley and Central Coast
