Job summary

C&S Resource Solutions LLC is seeking a full-time, hybrid Account Associate to support Account Managers in maintaining client relationships within Central California, including the Central Valley and Central Coast. The role requires frequent travel to customer and retail locations and routine collaboration with internal teams.

The position emphasizes field-based work, robust proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to contribute to IT-related projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel about 60% of the time, including overnight stays.
• 2–5 years in retail grocery or wholesale grocery operations preferred.
• Able to work effectively in a field-based environment with frequent customer/store visits.

Job Description

• Full-Time, Hybrid Role
• Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
• Territory: Central California, including the Central Valley and Central Coast

You will contribute by:

• Assisting Account Managers with maintaining relationships for assigned accounts and establishing and building strong client relationships.
• Identifying target opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy and propose solutions to leadership.
• Adhering to training content and transferring knowledge from newly developed and enhanced processes to fellow team members.
• Participating in special projects and programs as needed, including information technology projects involving scope, specifications, and integration testing for customers and internal enhancements.
• Working closely with the Company's Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues within assigned accounts.
• Frequently travel to customer and retail store locations throughout the assigned territory.

We're searching for candidates with:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, including regular travel to customer and retail store locations and occasional overnight stays as needed.
