The Associate Account Executive, Government position focuses on the customer lifecycle, supporting the growth of State and Local Government within an assigned territory. As a seller, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the State and Local market, owning contract renewal strategies, delivering excellent customer experiences, and growing revenue and retention rates.
Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to meet sales expectations and maintain high job performance through various metrics focused on business growth. All work must align with T-Mobile's core values.
The Associate Government Account Executive will target regional and local city government entities, K12, and Non-Profits in smaller markets across the US, recommending wireless solutions, IoT, and SmartCity solutions.
Additional requirements include being at least 21 years old, legally authorized to work in the US, and willingness to travel as needed.
Total target cash pay range: $110,800 - $200,000, including incentives. Base pay range: $66,480 - $120,000. Pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience.
