Job summary

HUB International in Fairfield, CT is seeking an Associate Account Executive for our Personal Lines team on a hybrid schedule. You will support Private Client Account Executives and help manage client policies.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree, less than 1 year of related experience, and a valid P&C license. Strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Support a team Private Client Account Executives
• Maintaining account EPIC files in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelines
• Check policy coverages and endorsements on new business and renewals for accuracy and relevance
• Complete prepare proposals, policy summaries and reviews
• Assist with remarkets, Summaries of Insurance, and claims as necessary
• Process endorsements, placement requests
• Review policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculations
• Handle or refer insureds and underwriter's questions
• Perform other specific duties as directed by the Team Manager
• Pursue a program of professional development

• Support a team Private Client Account Executives

The expected salary range for this position is $34.34/hr to $37.09/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
