We are seeking an Associate Account Director to join our account services team within our Market Access division.The Associate Account Director is responsible for developing, managing, and directing all aspects of various market access projects and clients, including project planning, project management, budget coordination and oversight, and project communication.The Associate Account Director will leverage their comprehensive understanding of the marketplace to define short and long-term strategies to meet market access objectives and build on the development of proposed solutions and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising or related field
Minimum of 2 years of market access experience required
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment
Demonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional agency teams
High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
Candidates must possess US work authorization
Occasional travel may be required
