Job description

The Platform Service – Early Life Team is responsible for Small and Medium Business clients at Awin. The Early Life team's activities include planning, developing, and implementing projects and processes that drive the ramp-up phase, including consultancy calls and delivering paid Add-Ons. As a Junior Account Consultant in a global team, you will gain insights into the growing world of affiliate marketing and lay the foundations for a career as an expert in the US market.

Key Tasks
  1. Conduct starter calls to help new clients strategize, identify gaps, growth potential, and facilitate profitable collaborations between advertisers and publishers.
  2. Support new clients in their initial three months to ensure a successful start in affiliate marketing.
  3. Play an important role in team projects to establish new and efficient workflows and reports.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop SME clients during the ramp-up phase, aiming to improve performance.
  5. Monitor the customer portfolio to track significant developments and initiate measures if targets are not met, working towards team KPIs.
Skills & Expertise
  • Enthusiasm for the e-commerce sector and digital marketing opportunities.
  • Core understanding of affiliate marketing, ideally 1+ year’s account management experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of asking the right questions to identify client needs.
  • Experience presenting commercial content to internal and external audiences.
  • Enjoy working with clients and possess an above-average service orientation.
  • Detail-oriented with a precise work style and the ability to think creatively.
  • Confident in using Salesforce; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Analytical skills to review and interpret data for data-driven business decisions.

Compensation Range: $48,000 - $51,500
