Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in product design, accessories design, apparel design, industrial design, or related field.
• Developing knowledge of gloves, headwear, or other accessories and how they function.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Photoshop preferred.
• Strong sketching, concepting, and technical specification skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• A positive, adaptable mindset and passion for learning.
• Interest in outdoor culture and The North Face brand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to bring glove and headwear concepts to life.
• Support design process across research, concept development, product design, color application, and specs.
• Execute and refine designs with guidance from the Accessories Design Manager and senior team.
• Build understanding of accessory construction, materials, fit, function, and performance.
• Create technical drawings, presentation materials, and specifications using Illustrator and other tools.
• Contribute to design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and innovation workshops.
