Phase2 Technology in Austin is seeking an Associate Academic Advisor. In this role, you will provide academic advising for students in the College of Education, help maintain student records, and coordinate various recruitment events aimed at attracting prospective students.

To participate in the planning and delivery of academic advising/counseling services and programs that promote comprehensive educational opportunities for students in the College of Education. Cooperate with faculty, staff, and administrators in providing academic advising needs of individuals or groups of students. This position is currently funded through August 31, 2028, with the possibility of continuation based on performance and funding availability.
$50,000 + depending on qualifications
Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited for through University‑Wide or Open Recruiting, to include both promotional opportunities and lateral transfers. Staff who are promotion/transfer eligible may apply for positions without supervisor approval.
The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
A criminal history background check will be required for finalist(s) under consideration for this position.
