Kind Behavioral Health in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to lead clinical operations, supervise BCBA staff, and strengthen community engagement. The role emphasizes evidence-based ABA practice, data-driven decision making, and growth within a supportive culture.

You will partner with the Clinic Director, participate in outreach, interview staff, review intake packets, and contribute to KPI monitoring across the clinic.

Qualifications

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong data-driven decision making and KPI tracking.
• Willingness to lead, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support in clinic.
• Support community building within clinic.
• Conducting interviews.
• Participating in outreach events.
• Review operational dashboards and work directly with Clinic Director to improve areas of opportunity.
• Review intake packets and support client/BCBA pairings.
• Attend weekly caseload planning meetings.
• Participate in 1:1 supervision meetings with BCBAs and Clinic Directors.
• Lead RBT performance conversations.
• Develop skills to move to an Associate Clinic Director (Level 2).

Position Overview

We are looking to add an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to our team. The ideal Associate Clinic Director will have a passion for improving the lives of children with Autism and their families. • Day-to-day Support in Clinic
