Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health seeks an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to join our Greensboro clinic. You will support daily operations, oversee clinic activities, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive clinical excellence in ABA for children with ASD.

Ideal candidates are BCBA-credentialed with at least 2 years of experience, strong KPI focus, and demonstrated leadership in supervising RBTs and teams. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years.
• Strong foundation in clinical KPI metrics.
• In good standing on BCBA metrics (hours, cancellations, etc.).
• Experience with RBT supervision and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support in clinic.
• Conduct interviews.
• Participate in outreach events.
• Review operational dashboards with Clinic Director.
• Lead RBT performance conversations.
• Develop skills to advance to Associate Clinic Director.

Position Overview:

We are looking to add an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to our team. The ideal Associate Clinic Director will have a passion for improving the lives of children with Autism and their families. They are committed to a “gold standard” implementation of the science of ABA and evidence and data-based analyses and are looking to do their life's work in an environment where exceptional people can Think Big, Have Fun, Do Good and Be Kind.

Job Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day Support in Clinic
• Support Community Building within Clinic
• Conducting Interviews
• Participating in Outreach Events
• Review Operational Dashboards and work directly with Clinic Director to improve areas of opportunities
• Review Intake Packets and Support Client/BCBA Pairings
• Attend Weekly Caseload Planning Meetings
• Participate in 1:1 Supervision Meetings with BCBA’s and Clinic Directors
• Lead RBT Performance Conversations
• Develop Skills to move to an Associate Clinic Director (Level 2)

Job Eligibility:

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years

• Conversion Rates
• RBT Supervision Rates
