Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery, evaluate liability and damages, and prepare cases for trial
• Make Court appearances and argue motions.
• Draft Motion papers and Appellate Briefs.
• Must be able to maintain strict client confidentiality and possess excellent legal research, writing, oral advocacy and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Capacity to evaluate, synthesize, and effectively communicate complex legal and factual information.
• Work independently and in teams to complete projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree. Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
• Ability to stay organized and meet rigid deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
