Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. In this role, the Associate supports day-to-day funeral home operations, including assisting with service arrangements, preparing facilities for visitations and ceremonies, and coordinating logistics such as scheduling, documentation, and communication with families. The Associate helps maintain a clean, organized environment, ensures that service spaces are properly set up, and provides courteous, professional assistance to visitors and clients. The role may involve answering phones, managing basic administrative tasks, and supporting the funeral director and other team members to deliver respectful, timely services. Associates are expected to uphold confidentiality, demonstrate empathy, and maintain a calm, professional presence during emotionally challenging situations.

• Strong customer service and client support skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and compassionately.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including experience handling multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining accurate records.

• Attention to detail and reliability in setting up service spaces, following procedures, and adhering to regulatory and safety standards.
• Ability to work on-site for a full-time schedule, including flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays as service needs require.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and emotional resilience when supporting individuals and families during sensitive circumstances.
