• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, and develop strategic insights to inform client decisions.
• Draft high-quality research materials such as screeners, discussion guides, and deliverables.
• Own first drafts and QC processes to ensure work is clear, error-free, and aligned with project goals.
• Analyze project-specific data and contribute to insight generation.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Partner closely with internal team members to manage workflow, flag capacity needs, and meet deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and feedback cycles.
• Engage with clients professionally and credibly, contributing to proposals and presentations when opportunities arise.
• Understand and apply project objectives in the context of client strategy.
• Build therapeutic area expertise through both primary and secondary research.
• Take ownership of tasks, problem-solve proactively, and communicate clearly.
