Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Research and Implementation Associate to take on meaningful ownership and project leadership from day one. The position involves serving as an assistant project manager on complex client engagements and leading simpler projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design thoughtful, actionable surveys for research engagements of moderate complexity.
• Comfortably lead internal project meetings and participate in external client calls as needed.
• Prepare clear, client-ready deliverables with limited guidance.
• Organize and manage the storytelling process for straightforward research engagements.
• Begin building trusted, lasting relationships with clients.
• Support proposal development by conducting secondary research, gathering cost estimates, taking notes during RFP discussions, and contributing to presentation slides.
• Step confidently into management-related activities on research and strategy engagements.
• Execute support roles independently, accurately, and with confidence across various engagement types.
• Strengthen presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Deepen understanding of financial metrics and how responsibilities drive positive financial performance.
• Consistently demonstrate professional maturity and calm confidence.
• Mentor interns and Research & Implementation Associates on all aspects of project execution to ensure high quality work.

Qualifications

• A degree in a related field is beneficial, but we equally value demonstrable, equivalent experience. Candidates from diverse educational backgrounds are welcome.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, marketing, or research (or a related field).
