Mass General Brigham's Early Learning Center is hiring an Associate Teacher to support the lead teacher in providing a nurturing, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive learning environment for young children.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or is actively pursuing one, and CPR/First Aid certification within three months of hire. This is an onsite position with regular 40-hour weeks and a competitive pay range.

Job Summary

Full time day position available in our Early Learning Center. The Associate Teacher supports the lead teacher in providing a nurturing, developmentally appropriate, and inclusive learning environment for young children.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Required 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Minimum Required Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or actively matriculating toward Assoc Degree with completion within 2 yrs of hire.
  • Minimum Required Possesses traits of creativity, nurturing, and personal warmth. Possesses good communication skills, a willingness to work as a team with co-workers, and an acceptance of and adherence to the Ethical Conduct Code of the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
  • Licensure and/or Certifications Required CPR and First Aid within three months of hire.
