Job summary

Ascend Learning is seeking an Associate SEO Analyst to build a sustainable content flywheel across our website and email channels. You will execute an SEO/AEO strategy and run email campaigns that nurture prospects and customers, reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing.

This role is remote in the United States and focuses on driving traffic and revenue while reducing churn across the Clover Learning suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ year experience with HubSpot.
• 2+ years running email campaigns in edtech or tech.
• Proven high-output track record producing high-quality content.
• Proven results increasing site traffic through content.
• Ability to prioritize content based on traffic, engagement, and rankings within an SEO/AEO strategy.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Clover's site for SEO/AEO and create content to improve rankings (blogs, guides, FAQs, case studies).
• Plan, develop, and execute email campaigns including seasonal sales, nurture, and newsletters.
• Support product launches with email, content, and sales collateral.

What You'll Do

Clover Learning is looking for a Associate SEO Analyst to build a sustainable content flywheel across our website and email channels. This role will execute an SEO/AEO strategy that helps Clover rank on both search and AI engines, while planning and running email campaigns that nurture prospects and customers. Reporting to our Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you'll serve as the execution arm for our content and lifecycle strategy, driving more traffic and revenue while helping decrease churn.

Where You'll Work

This positoin will work remote in the United States.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Optimize Clover's site for SEO/AEO and create content that helps the site rank higher on both, including blog articles, guides, FAQs, and case studies (50%)
• Plan, develop, and execute email campaigns, including seasonal sales, nurture campaigns, lead generation campaigns, and newsletter content (40%)
• Provide support for product launches, including email, content, and sales collateral (10%)

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 1+ years of experience using HubSpot is essential for this role
• 2+ years of experience running email campaigns in edtech or tech
• Proven high-output track record producing high-quality content
• Proven results increasing site traffic for brands through content
• Ability to determine what content is most important to prioritize, monitoring and adjusting based on traffic, engagement, and rankings within a broader SEO/AEO strategy

HIRING RANGE

The current full-time annualized hiring range for this role is $50,000.00-$71,500.00 and does not include discretionary bonus or sales incentives, if applicable. In accordance with applicable state laws, we are providing the expected salary range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, current business needs and local market factors. Most regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in an Ascend incentive bonus or sales plan.
