Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking an Associate Product Development Engineer to drive smaller-scope NPD projects for kitchen electrical appliances from concept through production launch. You will partner with PM, Marketing, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Regulatory, QA, and Supply Chain, leveraging AI-assisted tools.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 0–2 years of experience, with CAD literacy and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related field.
• CAD literacy.
• Familiarity with problem-solving techniques.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
