Job Summary
Provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff. Maintains confidentiality, documents visits, and completes reports related to pastoral care.

Knowledge of pastoral care and spiritual support; strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills; ability to support patients, families, and staff during difficult situations; ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and interdisciplinary teams; and ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
