Answer requests for applications support using solutions to routine problems of limited scope under close supervision. Enrich solution database with supervision.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

• Communicate with different users across the facility to understand and solve their issues with different applications using common and team knowledge.
• Participate in the creation of Business Analysis processes and related documentation.
• Participate in the overall testing of new application evolutions.
• Participate in the technical feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with the Information Systems teams to define possible technical solutions.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or Applied Science from an accredited college or university, or certification as a registered professional engineer in any state of the United States that requires an examination to be certified. May substitute 2 years of directly related work experience for 1 year of college education.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications.

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Visual Basic (or other programming language).
• Database principles.
• Business Analyst experience.

Working Conditions

Work in an open office at a computer for long periods of time. On occasion, may be around loud noises (riveting, aircraft engines, etc.).

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation for this position typically falls between $58,543.00 and $78,193.00 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime under FLSA guidelines. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
