Job summary

JOB SUMMARY:

Answer requests for applications support using solutions to routine problems of limited scope under close supervision.

Enrich solution database with supervision.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Communicate with different users across the facility to understand and solve their issues with different applications using common and team knowledge.

Participate in the creation of Business Analysis processes and related documentation.

Participates in the overall testing of new applications evolutions.

Participates in the technical feasibility studies

Collaborates with the Information Systems teams to define possible technical solutions

NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

None

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

B.S. in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or Applied Science from an accredited College or University, –or- Certification as a registered professional engineer in any state of the United States that requires an examination to be certified. May substitute 2 years of directly related work experience for 1 year of college education.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Visual Basic (or other programming language).

Business Analyst experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work in an open office at a computer for long periods of time.

On occasion, may be around loud noises (riveting, aircraft engines, etc. ).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation for this position typically falls between $58,543.00 and $78,193.00 per year . This position is not eligible for overtime under FLSA guidelines . Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited tothe type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
