Job Summary (Primary Function):

The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) on the US Product Strategy Team at Incyte acts as a strategic link between the company and Key External Experts (KEEs) within MPNs and GVHD. The TLL plays a vital role in shaping and executing brand strategies and raising awareness by fostering relationships with regional KEEs, facilitating discussions on the treatment landscape, and capturing insights. They serve as the primary contact for KEEs within their designated geography, ensuring compliance with all Incyte policies and procedures, including those related to Medical/Commercial interactions. The TLL also collaborates with Sales, OCNEs, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and R&D to communicate market support data aligned with product strategy and messaging. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of market opportunities and ensuring timely feedback to internal teams. The position supports the Northeast region (PA, NY, NJ, CT, MA, ME, VT, NH).

Essential Functions of the Job (Key Responsibilities):
  1. Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with regional KEEs through various meeting formats, including field-based, virtual, and conference meetings, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
  2. Conduct business discussions with KEEs and key customers regarding on-label product information, disease states, and corporate awareness.
  3. Provide strategic and tactical insights to the Product Strategy Team to align with corporate and brand objectives and identify market trends.
  4. Assist in developing and maintaining Incyte's speakers bureau, ensuring alignment on disease and brand messaging.
  5. Plan, develop content, and execute advisory boards and other KEE-driven initiatives to inform brand strategy and post-market activities.
  6. Collaborate internally with Product Strategy, Sales, OCNEs, and Market Access teams to address KEE needs timely and appropriately, connecting KEEs with Medical Affairs or R&D teams as needed.
  7. Ensure all activities comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies.
  8. Develop and maintain in-depth therapeutic area knowledge to become an expert in relevant disease areas.
Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; clinical degrees such as PharmD, RN, BSN, NP preferred. Candidates from diverse educational backgrounds are welcomed.
  • 1-2 years of TLL experience preferred.
  • Experience in oncology is required.
  • Ability to foster relationships, build advocacy, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High energy, creativity, and multitasking aptitude.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, presentation skills.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with Medical, Legal, Regulatory processes are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Technical skills for content development and market trend analysis.
  • Frequent travel (50%+) is required, supporting the Northeast Region.
