The Associate Director, Internal Communications and Employee Engagement will lead internal communications and employee engagement programs that strengthen culture, drive alignment, and advance Servier's business priorities, in alignment with enterprise communications strategy. This role will shape how employees experience Servier's mission, strategy, values and growth by translating key business moments into clear, compelling communications and engagement forums that inform, inspire and connect colleagues across the organization.
This role will own Servier's internal communications platforms and programs while co-building employee engagement strategy and programming in close partnership with Human Resources. The role will help define and drive a more intentional, enterprise-wide approach to employee engagement that builds culture, fosters connection and belonging, amplifies employee voice, and strengthens the overall employee experience.
The Associate Director will lead change management and transformation communications, developing strategies that help employees navigate organizational change, understand business decisions, and remain engaged during periods of growth and evolution. In addition, this role will elevate employer brand and internal cultural storytelling by bringing Servier's purpose, science, values and people to life in authentic, meaningful ways.
As a member of the Corporate Affairs team, this Boston-based role will report to the Director of Enterprise Communications, manage team members, and partner with leaders across Corporate Affairs, Human Resources and the broader business.

The salary range for this role is $160-$190k. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs.
