Agios is seeking an Associate Director, Competitive Intelligence & Market Research to lead market research and CI for its rare disease portfolio. You will oversee primary and secondary research to generate customer insights and guide strategic decisions.

In this role, you will monitor the competitive landscape, synthesize data into actionable strategies, and partner with marketing, medical affairs, and market access. Experience with AI tools and vendor management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in biopharma market research/CI
• expertise in primary/secondary data integration
• strong analytical skills and rare/genetic diseases experience
