The Opportunity
The Associate Analyst - Business Intelligence supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This role uses tools such as SQL and Power BI to analyze and transform data, develop reports and dashboards, perform data validation and quality checks, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
The analyst will partner closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional data teams to understand business needs, investigate data questions and discrepancies, and support the delivery of reliable and scalable data products. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Base Pay Range
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation:
This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
