Job summary

Norco, Inc is seeking an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to evaluate clients and determine rehab and seating/mobility needs based on therapist assessments. You will work with patients, therapists, physicians, and referral sources to deliver the most suitable equipment and technology solutions.

You will educate the healthcare community through demonstrations, in-services, and market development activities while aiming to meet sales and gross margin targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in the rehab field or related home care experience.
• ATP Certification required.
• Seating and Mobility Specialist (SMS) Certification preferred.
• Ride Designs Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients, therapists, physicians, and referral sources to determine appropriate assistive technology needs.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to educate therapists, physicians, funding sources, and clients on equipment and funding guidelines.
• Market Norco Mobility and Rehab Services by calling on referral sources.
• Provide sales and product demonstrations to the healthcare community.
• Support industry shows, training seminars, or local events for the rehab sales portfolio.
• Attain/exceed annual sales goals and gross margin goals and objectives.
• Review and report on sales calls, outcomes, and opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
