Job summary

Numotion is seeking an Assistive Technology Professional to evaluate clients, recommend customized CRT solutions, and coordinate delivery and training. You will work closely with therapists, physicians, and families to ensure equipment maximizes independence and safety.

The role requires a clinical understanding of mobility devices such as power and manual wheelchairs, seating systems, and adaptive controls, along with strong documentation and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills for CRT equipment and interventions.
• Working knowledge of compliant billing processes for rehab/assistive technology equipment (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and mobility goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on client needs.
• Manage procurement processes from equipment specification through delivery.
• Provide training to clients, families and caregivers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Complete accurate documentation of client interactions in a timely manner.
