Job summary

Numotion, the nation’s leading provider of mobility products and services, is hiring an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to evaluate, recommend, and supply Custom Rehabilitation Technology to clients. You will work with physicians, therapists, and families to maximize independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, equipment recommendations, procurement, training, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of compliant rehab/assistive technology billing (Medicare/Medicaid, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mobility needs and goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, clients and caregivers to plan care.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on client needs.
• Manage procurement from specification through delivery.
• Provide training on equipment operation and maintenance; ensure safety.
• Document client interactions thoroughly and timely.
• Support attainment of annual sales goals and report on outcomes.
• Maintain certifications and licenses with continuing education.
• Maintain vendor system eligibility for facility access.
• Develop relationships with referral sources.
• Uphold Numotion Leadership Principles and confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
