Job summary

Numotion is the largest provider of mobility products and services in North America. The Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) will evaluate, recommend, and deliver CRT solutions to meet clients' unique needs, collaborating with therapists, physicians, and families to maximize independence and quality of life.

The role requires assessing mobility goals, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, procuring equipment, delivering and fitting devices, and educating clients and caregivers on safe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• ATP certification is required.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of compliant rehab/assistive technology billing (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and mobility goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, clients, and caregivers to develop plans of care.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on client needs and goals.
• Manage procurement from equipment specification through delivery.
• Deliver and fit equipment and provide training to clients, families and caregivers.
• Document client interactions accurately and timely.
• Attain and exceed annual sales goals and report on sales activities.
• Maintain certifications and licenses and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
