Job summary

Reflections Memory Care of Port Orange is seeking a Director of Wellness to lead resident care and wellness services, ensuring compliance, staff development, and alignment with Opal Senior Living standards.

The role oversees the Wellness Department, develops individualized service plans with families and medical professionals, and trains nursing staff while maintaining regulatory compliance and high standards of care across the community.

Qualifications

• Current Med Tech in good standing with the state.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in assisted living or long-term care.
• Leadership and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Wellness Department, including care delivery, compliance, and staffing.
• Develop and maintain individualized service plans for residents in collaboration with families and medical professionals.
