Perfect after school job now open! Evergreen now has openings to join our Memory Care Unit as an Assisted Living Caregiver on the PM shift. Shift time 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., 9 shifts per 2-week pay period. Wage of $16.75 per hour base, with an extra $2 PM shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident needs are promptly met (such as call lights, personal requests, and activities of daily living)
• Administer medications, observe for side effects, and maintain accurate documentation
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the unit nurse in a timely manner
• Document care and services provided accurately and promptly
