2. Part Time | Evening and Night Shift working Every other Weekend
3. Pool/PRN

Pay rate starting at $20/hour

Location: Dousman, WI

The Caregiver supports our mission by providing hospitality-focused service to residents of Compass Point Catered Living.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a resource for resident questions or concerns, referring them to appropriate staff, families, vendors, or peers.
• Supervise or administer medications under nurse supervision.
• Maintain positive, confidential communication with staff, residents, and families.
• Provide reminders for appointments and activities, encouraging participation.
• Assist with organizing clothing and laundry, and with daily housekeeping chores.
• Support residents with reading mail, changing hearing aid batteries, etc.
• Accompany residents to outside health appointments as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be 18 years old
• Preferred certifications: Medication Administration, First Aid/Heimlich, Fire Safety, CNA
• First Aid certification within 6 months of hire
• Ability to pass medication delegation
• At least 2 years of care experience in assisted living or similar setting
• Basic computer skills
