Carmel Valley Manor is seeking an Assisted Living Aide/Transportation Aide to care for residents in Carmel, CA. The role covers ADLs, resident transport around campus, and compassionate support from 1:00 p.m.
to 9:00 p.m., requiring flexibility and reliability to maintain quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, responding to emergencies, documenting care, and coordinating with the care team.
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Assisted Living Aide to provide personal care and assistance for our residents. The required shift coverage is from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide high‑quality, compassionate care. As an Assisted Living Aide, you will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
Job Summary: Provide routine assistance with ADLs in accordance with our established policies and procedures and as may be directed by the Residential Care Director or a nurse, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
