Default Brand in Sioux Falls is seeking an Assistant Youth Development Professional for our elementary out-of-school time programs. In this role you'll join a team to supervise, assist with homework, and create a safe, engaging environment for young students.

Must be at least 16 years old; if under 18, you will work under direct supervision. You’ll help with games, reading, art or science activities, snack service, and attendance tracking while upholding confidentiality and licensing

POSITION SUMMARY

As an Assistant Youth Development Professional in our elementary out-of-school time programs, you’ll be a:

• Safety Star: Keep students safe through active supervision
• Playtime Pal: Playtime is serious business! You’ll play games, read fun books, and have a blast with the kids.
• Homework Helper: Imagine being a superhero for homework! You’ll help students with their schoolwork, like solving math problems, reading cool stories and helping with art or science experiments
• Tidy Wizard: Like magic, you’ll clean and organize stuff! Make sure everything has its place.

POSITIONS QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education & Experience: Must be at least 16 years old; if under age 18, must work under direct and constant supervision of a Youth Development Professional or Site Coordinator.
