The role requires completing MSHSAA/NFHS Coaching Principles and First Aid courses, plus a strong commitment to the student-athlete concept and eligibility guidelines.

• Knowledge of sport philosophy and coaching.
• Must complete MSHSAA/NFHS Coaching Principles Course and Sports First Aid.
• Strong commitment to student-athlete development and eligibility rules.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sport with a full team per MSHSAA standards.
• Assist in implementing athletic standards and attend required sessions.
• Assist in program coordination, transportation, facilities, officials, and game management.
• Supervise students at practices and contests; promote safety and sportsmanship.
• Organize practice schedules to develop student-athletes' potential.
