Qualifications

• Language: ability to read, interpret professional materials, write reports and communicate effectively.
• Reasoning: problem-solving and ability to follow written, oral, and diagrammed instructions.
• Other Abilities: ability to identify student needs and build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Physical Demands: ability to move around gymnasiums and read materials while communicating in a busy environment.
• Attendance: regular attendance, including frequent evening and weekend work, is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and help to lead the Wrestling program.
• Foster positive communication with parents, athletes, and potential athletes.
• Assist with coordinating off-season camps and conditioning programs.
• Encourage good sportsmanship and enthusiasm for the sport.
• Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a comprehensive approach to athlete development.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support the mission and vision of Richmond County Public Schools.
