Job summary

Northfield Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Wrestling Coach for the Middle School program. The part-time position begins 11/23/2026 and runs 2 hours per day, assisting the head coach in selection, instruction, and conditioning of athletes.

• To know and administer the policies, procedures, and guidelines set forth in the Coaches' Handbook, Conference, and MSHSL policies for your sport.
• To carry out responsibilities as designated by the head coach.
• To provide for the health, safety, and well-being of team members.
• To actively work to create a culture free from hazing and initiations.
• To adhere to the starting and ending dates for your sport.
• To be aware of all MSHSL rules that would pertain to you and your sport.
