Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating recruiting efforts to attract qualified student-athletes.
• Support coaching, development, and day-to-day program operations.
• Assist with program administration and ensure compliance with NCAA III, PAC, and University regulations.
• Represent the Women’s Wrestling program at on-campus events, admissions programs, and University functions.
• Promote sportsmanship, academic achievement, and personal responsibility.
