Albright College is seeking an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach for the Reading, PA campus. This part-time role supports the head coach in day-to-day operations, coaching, recruiting, and program development.

Responsibilities include organizing recruiting communications, assisting with pre-season practices, posting team activities on social media, and helping with fundraising. Strong communication and lacrosse experience are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Playing and/or coaching lacrosse.
• Knowledge of HUDL and social media preferred.
• Coaching experience at high school or college level.

Position Summary:

The candidate will help create a fully participating atmosphere aligning with the Athletic Department mission to recruit, retain and graduate athletes from all demographics. Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference.

For this part-time position, assist head coach, with day-to-day operations of the program; coaching responsibilities; off campus and on campus recruiting; use of Front Rush; skill development of athletes; and all other duties as assigned by head coach.
