Responsibilities

• Plan and direct athletics skill development for student-athletes.
• Recruit student-athletes compatible with Lawrence University's mission and program goals.
• Advise on NCAA, conference rules, and university policies to ensure compliance.
• Review practice and game video with Head Coach.
• Monitor student-athlete academic performance and support needs.
• Coordinate activities in preparation for scheduled competition.
• Attend all team practices and home/away contests.
• Assist with game day management as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
