Job summary

Free People, part of URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc., is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to help manage the team’s monthly creative merchandising strategy and maintain site and email calendars. You will oversee daily email campaigns and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all components.

Responsibilities include supporting merchandising partners, managing product presentation across site/app/email, and coordinating with Graphic Design and Copy teams to translate

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce merchandising or web production preferred.
• Strong multitasking and independent working ability.
• Ability to translate merchandising vision into copy and imagery.
• Familiarity with email campaign processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product presentation and category maintenance across site, app and email campaigns to ensure consistency and strong brand POV.
• Own the email process for all relevant marketing, including creating and maintaining Asana cards for daily campaigns, tracking weekly selling and inventory, and coordinating with design/copy teams.
• Partner with Email Marketing to launch daily email campaigns efficiently and effectively.
• Identify opportunities to reshoot styles on the website to drive current business and manage reshoot wins.
